Return Window
Limitations on Customized Products
At InkNpack, all products are fully customized according to your specifications, artwork, dimensions, and packaging requirements. Since each box is produced exclusively for the customer, standard returns are not accepted.
Refund Eligibility Timeframe
InkNpack does not accept product returns. However, we offer a 30-day refund review window for both defective and non-defective items, starting from the date you receive your order.
- Any refund request submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for review.
- Manufacturing defects or printing errors must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
- Clear photos of each affected item are required for quality review.
- Refund requests for non-defective items are evaluated case by case and may be subject to additional conditions.
Once a refund or replacement is approved, customers may keep, recycle, donate, or dispose of the products at their discretion.
Exchange Policy
InkNpack does not offer exchanges for any products, whether defective or non-defective.

Return Costs
Who Covers the Cost?
Since returns are not accepted, no return shipping costs apply.
If a refund or replacement is approved due to qualifying issues, InkNpack covers all related shipping costs.
InkNpack does not issue refunds for:
- Minor dents, streaks, or shipping-related wear
- Slight alignment shifts (up to 20%)
- Crushed corners or cosmetic flaws that do not affect box usability
Order Cancellations & Charges
InkNpack offers a 24-hour cancellation window after order placement.
- Orders canceled within 24 hours may qualify for a refund
- Orders over $500 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee
- Special size or custom-spec orders are non-cancellable
- No cancellations or changes are allowed after 24 hours
Customers are strongly advised to review orders carefully before submission.
Refund Processing Time
Refund timelines vary based on the issue:
- Manufacturing defect claims: reviewed within 5–7 business days after images are received
- Shipping damage claims (with protection upgrades): processed after carrier approval (up to 30 business days)
- Printing issues: partial refunds may be issued depending on severity
Approved refunds typically reflect on the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Print Warranty & File Requirements
Print quality depends entirely on the artwork submitted by the customer. InkNpack follows strict print standards.
Supported File Guidelines
- Black ink only
- Single-color designs
- High-resolution, vector files preferred
Unsupported Elements
- Low-resolution images
- Multi-color artwork
- Gradients, photos, shadows, or transparency
- Improperly scaled or misaligned designs
Files that do not meet our standards will be printed as submitted, and refunds will not be issued.
If we raise concerns and receive no response, responsibility for print quality rests with the customer. By placing an order, you confirm that your files meet our requirements unless design assistance is selected.
Digital Proof & Approval Policy
Customers who select Standard or Premium Design Assistance will receive a digital proof within 2–3 business days.
- Proofs must be approved or revised within 2 business days
- No response will result in automatic approval
- Orders proceed to production after approval
- Delays due to unapproved proofs or incorrect contact details are not refundable
Reorders with updated artwork require a new proof purchase. Orders processed without proof approval are not eligible for refunds due to artwork differences.
Production Lead Times
Production timelines depend on box type, order size, and processing speed.
Standard Sizes
- Rush: 2–3 business days
- Regular: 4–6 business days
- Extended: 7–9 business days
Special Sizes
- Rush: 4–6 business days
- Regular: 7–9 business days
- Extended: 10–15 business days
Orders over 500 units may require extra time. Orders exceeding 5,000 units may take up to 30 days.
Shipping time is separate from production time. Only Rush production is guaranteed.
Shipping Issues
Before filing a claim, customers should:
- Verify shipping address
- Check nearby areas and neighbors
- Wait 24 hours after delivery status update
For protected shipments, InkNpack will initiate claims with the carrier. Refunds are issued only after carrier approval and are limited to the approved amount. For customer-arranged shipments, claims must be handled directly with the carrier.
Order Errors & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submission. InkNpack is not responsible for:
- Incorrect file uploads or formatting
- Low-resolution artwork
- Typos or alignment errors
- Incorrect contact or shipping information
- Duplicate orders or incorrect quantities
Over / Under Printing Policy
Due to batch production, a variance of ±5% may occur.
- Under-delivery beyond 5% will be refunded
- Over-delivery beyond 5% will be charged at standard rates
Subscription Orders
Subscription pricing is discounted based on volume and frequency. Refunds are not available until subscription commitments are fulfilled. Large-volume subscriptions may require scheduled payments and cannot be canceled mid-term.
Final Notes
InkNpack reserves the right to refuse service in cases of abusive behavior, unreasonable demands, or requests outside stated policies. We operate with transparency and fairness to ensure every customer receives reliable, high-quality custom packaging.

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns

Design Files & Content Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of submitted artwork. Please proofread all files before submission and ensure compliance with applicable mailing guidelines.
By submitting artwork, you confirm that:
- You own or have rights to use the content
- The content does not violate copyright, privacy, or intellectual property laws
